Avon runs an Age Well class, designed specifically for people wanting to retain muscle strength and flexibility, gain balance and improve posture. So if you suffer from back or neck pain, if your not sure what exercises are good for you or if you simply want to be more active then this class is for you. The class is perfect for people aged 40 years or older, but is suitable for anyone looking for the above. Classes will be set up at times to suit, currently one is being run on Tuesday at 9.30am from the Hillcrest Spinal Centre. Classes are small 5-6 people at most and run for 45 minutes. More classes will be held with demand at convenient times for attendees so if you are interested please don't hesitate to contact. Best of all your first session is FREE and classes are only $15.
